Evaluation, Assessment and Consultation

Everyone has a unique body type and needs.  During the initial health and fitness consultation, clients tell me what their specific health and fitness goals and needs are.  Part of the evaluation includes an assessment of body composition numbers, any deviations, past challenges, and realistic expectations.  Based on our meeting, I will carefully design a program–uniquely for you–and together we will begin this new journey together.  You’re going to love the new you!

Personal Program Design

Personal program design stems from your body composition numbers, individual health and fitness goals, target areas, and consideration of your lifestyle and expectations.  I will use my education and experience to further guide you in nutrition and supplementation.

No two programs are alike, and I will carefully monitor your ability and progress so that your program can continue to evolve.  This is one way we will maximize your time and efforts so that you may achieve the best–and safest–results possible.
