They say that “abs are made in the kitchen,” so is this true?  Indeed, nutrition is a critical component to health and fitness. Every individual has unique requirements for nutrition based on his/her lifestyle, level of activity, and even DNA make-up.  With every training season and especially while prepping for competitions, I have tested the effects of different types of foods, scheduling of when certain foods are eaten, and how to maximize food as a source of fuel, and I’m happy to share my results with you to help you build the most efficient and effective nutrition plan for your needs and goals.

I am with you and for you.  As a life-long, competitive athlete, I understand the challenges of being fit and healthy.  My education, experience, and passion have molded me into the coach that I am today, and I want to share the benefits of this lifestyle with you.  While we will maximize our personal training sessions together, I will additionally offer my assistance by answering your questions or concerns, and holding you accountable throughout the week.  As a versatile coach, you can expect my support in helping you to meet your personal goals with the approach that best suits you.
